Our company is located in Porreres, a town on the island of Mallorca where agriculture plays an important role in the local economy. Every year almonds, carob and apricots are harvested by local farmers.
We use exclusively IGP ("Indicación Geográfica Protegida") bleached almonds to elaborate our products. This oficial certification guarantees the origen (Majorca) and the quality of almonds reknowned for its excellence and its aromatic intensity.
We adapt the recipe of the traditional "garrapiñada" (caramelised almonds), creating "sugar-dusted" almonds instead. We successfully associate them with citrics (orange and lemon, also locally produced), cinnamon, coconut, cocoa, vanilla ... and of course! apricot...
